Josh joined the YE Scotland team in August 2015 where his main role is to maintain the site at the Rouken Glen Centre as well as assisting in the training of young people between the ages of 15-25 in horticulture, landscaping and basic construction.

Josh has ran his own landscaping and gardening company for 2 years and his job with YE Scotland allows him to share his knowledge with young people.

Josh says, 'I have also never worked for a charity, only ever volunteered, so it is great knowing the work we are doing is making a difference to the young people of Scotland.'
