Neil is a YES Alumni, Business Adviser, Area Team Member, and Chair.
Currently the Head of Strategic Workforce Planning for ScotRail, Neil has been involved with Young Enterprise Scotland for over 20 years as a volunteer. He is passionate about enterprise education in Scotland through working with Young Enterprise Scotland and has also been involved in the development and certification of new enterprise qualifications with the SQA.
Neil's career to date has focused on business improvement initiatives, working across various parts of the Scottish public sector, including local government and the NHS. Neil is currently responsible for workforce planning and development, recruitment, and early careers at ScotRail.
