Gillian is our Programme Executive for Financial Education. This exciting new role will allow her to engage with school practitioners and support them to deliver high-quality financial education within schools.
Having previously worked as a primary teacher across Glasgow, Gillian is incredibly passionate about education and supporting young people to develop skills for life, learning, and work. Working in collaboration with educational establishments, businesses and third sector partners, she will highlight the importance of Financial Education. It is her goal to ensure young people secure these valuable life skills.
Gillian loves socialising with friends and travelling when she can. She has an unhealthy obsession with cheese, and it is her goal to try every kind that exists. She's confident that she is about halfway there already!
Our Vision is for Scotland to be a place where all young people are given the opportunity to have a rewarding future in work and life - no matter where they start their journey.
Our Mission is to inspire and equip young people, irrespective of their background, to learn, develop and reach their full potential through enterprise education.
In everything that we do, we will work with the following values: Integrity, Enthusiasm, Creativity & Collaboration.
