Gillian is an Associate in the Dispute Resolution team at MacRoberts LLP, having previously worked for leading debt recovery specialist Yuill + Kyle, before they were acquired by MacRoberts in late 2017. She specialises in litigation and has a wealth of previous experience in private practice and public sector for both large and small organisations, in relation to the provision of legal advice and representation across a broad range of practice areas.
A graduate in Law from the University of Strathclyde, Gillian is passionate about access to opportunities and further education and vocational skills for young people and often visits local schools to give talks on the world of work and various associated access routes. Similarly, she provides mentoring support to trainees within MacRoberts, and is actively involved in the firm's commitment to the PRIME initiative.
Gillian joined the YoungEnterprise Scotland Board in June 2019 and also sits on the Audit & Risk Sub Group.
