With a background in primary teaching and support work, Morven is delighted to bring her experience into her role at Young Enterprise Scotland as a Programme Executive, working across Bridge2Business and the schools' programmes.
As a primary teacher, Morven discovered her passion for enterprise education and supporting children and young people in developing their skills for life, learning and work. Having been lucky enough to work with Young EnterpriseScotland as a teacher, she gained an insight into the importance of instilling entrepreneurial thinking into the young people she worked with and is now excited to be a part of the YES team.
When she's not working, Morven enjoys socialising with friends and family, listening to podcasts or cooking. Her background in musical theatre means you'll often find her singing (or attempting to at least).
Morvenonce climbed the highest mountain in North Africa and still hasn't quite recovered!
Our Vision is for Scotland to be a place where all young people are given the opportunity to have a rewarding future in work and life - no matter where they start their journey.
Our Mission is to inspire and equip young people, irrespective of their background, to learn, develop and reach their full potential through enterprise education.
In everything that we do, we will work with the following values: Integrity, Enthusiasm, Creativity & Collaboration.
