Eileen Adamson

Financial Education Officer

Eileen is one of our Financial Education Officers here at Young Enterprise Scotland and relishes her role of delivering Financial Education in her home region of Dumfries and Galloway. Eileen is passionate about Financial Education, in particular Financial Wellbeing and Money Mindset, and loves to help young people to create a healthy relationship with money.

She started teaching PE in 1993 and still teaches part-time, alongside her work with us and her other work in the financial realm. She is a money coach with her own business, Your Money Sorted and co-hosts BBC podcast, Clever About Cash.

When not working, Eileen can be found in the great outdoors, enjoying mountain biking, road biking, hillwalking and anything else that takes her off into the beautiful Scottish countryside. She also loves to travel and explore further afield, especially when it involves heading off to sunnier climes, with her husband and three kids (young adults!), who seem happy to keep holidaying as long as mum and dad keep paying!

Young Enterprise Scotland

Our Mission is to inspire and equip young people, irrespective of their background, to learn, develop and reach their full potential through enterprise education.

In everything that we do, we will work with the following values: Integrity, Enthusiasm, Creativity & Collaboration.
