Dragon’s Den Events

Recently, YES also held two 'Dragons Den' events at St Philips Residential and Secure schools on 17th March. The groups were called 'Dayz n Nightz' and 'Bits n Bobs' respectively. Both teams offered excellent presentations and fielded a variety of tough questions from the audience and succeeded in winning their requested funding. 'Dayz n Nightz' are setting up a tuck shop delivery service and they have also purchased a meerkat soft toy and are offering people the chance to guess it's name. 'Bits n Bobs' are selling a range of Mother's Day gifts including cards and cuddly toys and are also selling chances to 'guess the bunnys' birthday. These programmes are supported by BIG Lottery funding.
