The conference runs with an 'inspiring leaders' theme and will aim to connect speakers with forward-thinking businesses at May's event.

Hosted by D&A College principal Grant Ritchie, delegates will have the chance to hear from representatives at a senior level of local, national and international businesses with two things in common; growth mindsets and a focus on leadership.

Flying in for the day as keynote speaker is Lord Paul Deighton, former CEO of the London Organising Committee for the Olympic and Paralympic Games and currently the Chairman of London Heathrow Airport.

Hosting a session on Young Leadership, Geoff will be in great company with social entrepreneur Josh Littlejohn also topping the bill.

I am delighted that YES has been included in the most important conference of the year, the Courier Business Conference will be a great opportunity to highlight the importance of Young Leadership in business across Scotland.
