Company Programme Report Update

The online platform for creating and submitting the Digital COTY Report is now up and running. This can be accessed through the Competitions section of YE Online.

Please note that this will be the ONLY allowed route for creating and submitting reports at each stage of the competition.

How it works:

Students click on the link in the Competitions section of YE Online which takes them to the digital COTY Report Platform. Students use their YE Online details to sign in and access the digital COTY Report template.

The log-in page goes to the dash board that shows the different sections of the report and whether they have been completed. This also allows students to navigate to different sections of the report.

Details of Centre, Centre Lead, BA etc and some information which may have already been entered on YE Online (eg mission, values,) will have already been pulled through from YE online and appear in the report. This can be overtyped to edit the information, if required.

The information from the YE Online Accounts package is used to display the Profit & Loss and Balance sheets. There is a link and prompt to go to the YE Online finance package to ensure this is fully up to date. Currently financials cannot be overtyped.

Once the students have completed all of their sections they can preview the report by downloading a PDF at this review stage.

Students can create multiple versions until they are happy with the final content and layout and then submit their final version through the portal.

When they are satisfied with the report, students will submit and are asked to confirm that all student company members are happy to proceed. They can then download a PDF copy of their final report.

Students can go back to the COTY Report platform, edit and resubmit the report as they progress through the stages of the competition.
