FoYE21: Company Programme, Team Programme and Volunteer Awards

Young Enterprise Scotland are delighted to announce their Scottish Company of the Year 2021 as Stoun Socks from Gordonstoun in Highland and Moray.

This year, more so than most, our young entrepreneurs have faced adversity and real challenges due to the global Coronavirus pandemic locking down the country, closing their schools and making face to face meetings impossible.

We can't always build the future for our young people, but we can build our young people for the future. When you see these young people across the Company Programme and the Team Programme, the future's pretty bright, isn't it?

I'm delighted that YES has this year taken what used to be a one-day event, then we extended it to two days and now it's a full week!

At YES it's about Enterprise for All, and when you see the achievements from the young people on the Team Programme tonight, and all of the other achievements it demonstrates that.

Despite the difficulties faced by our young entrepreneurs, over 1100 young people participated in our Company Programme, working through our key stages in setting up and developing their own businesses.

This year we had 21 awards up for grabs and teams from all across the country made it to our live finals hosted by Graeme Easton in Grangemouth. Joined by our Company Programmes Manager, Fraser Morrison, the pair revealed the winners of the Company Programme awards, the Team Programme awards and a handful of special Volunteer Awards - made even more poignant by coinciding with National Volunteers Week.

We saw many of our sponsors returning for this year's FoYE, but were delighted to be joined by a range of new partners keen to celebrate #EnterpriseForAll.

So, without further ado; find out the winners of the Festival of Youth Enterprise 2021.
