Our Tenner Challenge is back and it's better than before!
We've been working behind the scenes to deliver an SQA-accredited Tenner Challenge to young people aged 11-19.
Unlike previous years, the Tenner Challenge now generates evidence to support both the Personal Development: Self and Work (H18P 44) and Enterprise Activity (D36N10).
What does this mean? You do the same work as normal, but it'll go towards your SQA certificate.
Our annual four-week programme is now open for registrations and will kick off on the 4th March.
The Tenner Challenge offers an interactive way for students to develop employability skills, personal knowledge and career readiness, using real money to take calculated risks in business.
Students are pledged £10 and have one month to set up a business - generating their business idea, developing their products to sell and gaining first-hand experience of what it's like to be an entrepreneur.
The Challenge is pupil-led and available to every young person aged 11-19 years.
Our Vision is for Scotland to be a place where all young people are given the opportunity to have a rewarding future in work and life - no matter where they start their journey.
Our Mission is to inspire and equip young people, irrespective of their background, to learn, develop and reach their full potential through enterprise education.
In everything that we do, we will work with the following values: Integrity, Enthusiasm, Creativity & Collaboration.
