Let's start with a simple question, What does nature mean to you?
This word can mean different things to each of us, whether it's the rustle of autumn leaves, the wildlife you see on TV, or something else entirely. Whatever nature means to you we want to hear your perspective!
As part of the Year of Young People, Young Scot and RSPB Scotland invite you to be part of a team of young minds looking at how they can create support for natural spaces and wild places.
Go along, get inspired and contribute to the next big ideas on how we can create a future that is rich in nature.
What is it?
Young Scot are bringing young people together to give the opportunity to have your voice heard about our nature's future and help make a difference to it.
All they require is a group of mixed, lively young people aged 16-25 from across Scotland with a range of interests; from the arts and music, to science and technology, and a variety of perspectives as well as outdoor enthusiasts and keen explorers.
No experience required!
You'll work together to find creative, innovative and interesting ways for nature organisations and young people to interact with each other and build long lasting relationships.
We believe that young people have the power to create change. You can be part of an exciting, unique opportunity creating new ideas to make our lives and our environment better.
It's a chance to come together and help shape Scottish nature's future. So whatever nature means to you, Young Scot would love to hear from you.
