YES Volunteer Fermentation Class

Here at our Rouken Glen site we rely on our Volunteers to help us cater to the young people we have on-site each day.

One of our Volunteers, Caroline, is keen to run workshops to teach anyone interested all about fermenting and gut health.

"Come and learn about the power of probiotic foods and how they might help you.

In this hands on practical workshop you will learn how to make Kefir and create your own cultured vegetables to take home.

There will be lots of things to taste and try including Kombucha,Kimchi, Bread and various Krauts.

Take home everything you need to get started, including recipes and instructions.

When: Friday 17th May 10-12pm
